I found Henson Motor Group on the web whilst looking for a diesel Golf and found the car I was looking for.

The website does not show any milage so I had to call the garage.

The sales guy Anthony was very helpful on the phone and booked me in for a test drive the next morning. The car was great but with my part exchange price offered just a little over my budget. The sales manager didnt want to lose my business and in the end offered me a great deal. An extra £150 for my part exchange, an extended 24 month warranty for only £199 (should be over £500) and a low finance rate of only 6%. Henson also guaranteed the lowest price for my new Golf with their price match promise so I couldnt lose.

The staff were great, very friendly and not pushy at all.

We purchased a fiesta from Henson last month, I found this site whilst searching for our car, I have read all of the reviews, as you do, before going to Henson's. A few of the reviews are very negative, but knowing that when you buy a used car things can go wrong, even when you buy a new car we went in with an open mind.!!!! This is the first review I have written as I wanted to give open and honest information on my visit and purchase.

1. The staff were great, very friendly and not pushy at all. Really made you feel relaxed and welcome.
2. noticed a couple of minor problems on the car. These were rectified as promised when we picked the vehicle up
3. It was the CHEAPEST car we could find in the UK, which stands up to the price promise they have on at present.
4. purchased a couple of the other products Henson had to offer and all ok.
5. Noticed a wheel knock after a couple of weeks, took the car back in and all was sorted right away, no questions asked.
6. Overall I have and will continue to buy my cars from Hensons' and tell all my friends.

I feel a little sorry for Henson's after reading a few of the negative comments on this site. You can not please everyone all of the time and in today's climate I think it is reassuring to know there are businesses out there that actually do live up to their promises.

Ross kept me informed at every stage and advised me on the best paintwork protection system for my new car.

When I asked sales manager Ross Hall to find me a low mileage Jaguar Sovereign in British Racing Green I was prepared to wait weeks.

Within 48 hours I was driving away in a first class example with a duel fuel LPG conversion.

Thanks to everyone - from Ross to the guys who valeted my new pride and joy inside and out.

The service was fantastic, I couldn't have asked for more.

I bought a Golf from Hensons in July. The car was exactly what I was looking for. They actually had several suitable to choose from; or were prepared to find me a Golf elsewhere.

I have had no problems with the car at all. I took out a two year and road side assistance warranty which through Hensons was great value.

I would recommend this garage to anyone, and will be going there for my next car.
